In May 2014, US Federal Properties, through its sister company CBC Real Estate Group (CBC), completed construction of Liberty Hospital Sports Medicine, a 12,000 square-foot outpatient sports medicine clinic at the northwest corner of 291 Highway and Blue Jay Drive in Liberty, Mo. As the developer, USFP handled all aspects of the project, including land acquisition, design, construction and financing.

The single-tenant building offers a wide array of therapeutic and recreational services. Amenities are available to both patients and residents of Liberty and the surrounding areas. At the facility, Liberty Hospital Sports Medicine offers best-in-class, in-demand physical, speech and occupational therapies, sports rehabilitation, wellness services, as well as agility training programs for athletes. In addition, the clinic includes fitness equipment, two indoor gymnasiums totaling 6,000 square feet and an outdoor, 40-yard running track.
