In 2013, USFP was selected by Central Iowa Healthcare to provide development services for a new $29 million, 73,000 square-foot Outpatient Center in Marshalltown, Iowa. Completed in July 2015, the modern two-story facility anchors the first phase of a 30-acre, multi-phase medical campus at the southwest corner of Highways 30 and 14, approximately 45 minutes northeast of Des Moines. The center supports a flexible framework for future development and establishes a regional medical draw for patients, doctors, nurses and local employers throughout the region.

There is also a full suite of imaging technology including MRI, ultrasound, radiology, mammography and more to deliver a best practice environment and improved patient experience.
